Phone error

I was looking at a website about the murder of Leonora Johnson and was clicking through the suspects page when it chucked me out of the phone, back to the view of my car.

 

Now the radar has disappeared, I can't change characters and the phone pops up but won't go into any of the apps.

 

I worried about saving incase I have to wait on a patch to rectify.
