Somebody was driving one by the Golf course at night, after escaping from the Police after I checked the Golf course car park. Funny little thing, I stopped to try out the roof, & some lady stopped to take a picture of my car with her phone! This game is awesome! GTA VI Timeline of Events Friday? Because I know you can buy the 9F, but I haven't seen the Cabrio version, & the Strategy Guide doesn't have a price next to it, meaning it's not purchasable. Can you prove you can buy the 9F Cabrio? And it sucks cuz i bought the regular 9f and can't find this ANYWHERE. after 3 irl days searching around all these common locations. even driving my reg 9f I only see 1 or 2 on the road in an hour play time so even those are hardly spawning. this sucks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The Governor Posted October 31, 2013 Share Posted October 31, 2013 I'm going to reveal the secret of cars in (almost all GTA's). The game spawns cars that are in your cache. When you load a game it randomly selects a few car models to spawn for traffic, usually the cars in your home garage and personal car models, and as you drive around, it caches those same cars so you see in traffic so you see the same car models everywhere, sometimes 5 in a row when you start a fresh load. Sometimes you'll get very lucky and the game will spawn the car you want at the start so it'll be in cache, but generally not. This is why it's hard to find an exact car you want, but as soon as you find 1 or your driving 1, it's everywhere, because the game has cached it. Now, onto my point, if you can't find a car anywhere, it's not cached, you can go to a car's certain spawn location (i.e. Adder, Coil) but if a car doesn't have a spawn spot (i.e. Coquette).... so the easiest way to do this is to do a mission that has it. i.e. If you want a Patriot (Hummer), do Trevor's hunting mission to shoot the tires out, theres a white and blue one. Drive it around for a min (at least I do this), exit/die/complete the mission, drive around a bit and the Mammoth should be cached and you'll see it in traffic (Freeways hardly spawn super and sports cars). I know there's a later mission where you meet Dave at night and you get ambushed and have to run out to the parking lot (and Trevor is there sniping people), that parking lot you run out too (Where you could grab a Merryweather jeep) I "think" has a Vacca, Dominator (Mustang), and Coquette. Just grab the Coquette, drive it around, exit mission, and it'll spawn somewhere in traffic (usually where sport cars spawn). But you are incorrect, the 9F cabrio is not available to purchase in single player, AT ALL. Furthermore, the regular 9F isn't on Legendary motorsports, it's an San Andreas super autos.
