I remember it from TBoGT and it really kinda ruined the end game gameplay for me. It turns off the aspect of doing utterly stupid sh*t where I'll end up dead or going out and getting in shoot offs with the police, considering these are key elements in GTA games. In all GTAS before we'd lose a percentage of what we had, I think it was roughly 10% so if I have 100.000$ I'm going to lose 10.000$, 5000 is nothing compared to how it was done previously.
