GTA V texture problems. help!

Hi, so i'm having this problem ever since i got the game and installed it. Somehow the black/darker textures in game look strange and not a solid color. But it happens mostly at night when there is hardly any light, Also when i point a flashlight lets say to a car the car looks all discolored and wrong. I don't know what to do I've tried installing it the way people said but still i get the problem, If anyone knows how to fix plz help ;c
