Elk hunt - cannot send picture?

Im doing the Cletus hunt for elk at the end and i shot the last elk. I take a picture and send but nothing happens. So i leave and it says return to the corpse. When i return it says photograph the corpse, then send it to Cletus. It keeps doing this. The picture wont send. I have no way to end the mission or start over.

After 30 times trying this mission i was giving up. I killed myself so i would fail and let me reshoot the elk but that wasnt solving it. I stood there over 1/2 hour taking pictures and sending them. Finally i sent a picture then called Cletus and i got the text saying nice kill. Then i got Cletus answering machine, hung up and he called to open the hunting challenges. Mission Passed.

There was also a problem with the phone camera in the mission for Beverly. Photographing the girl being arrested took like 10 tries because the pics would not send.

Is there a magic key combination on an Xbox version to attach a pic to a text message? I've tried just about every thing I can think of including searching forums and help guides. I've completed the initial hunting mission, got Cletus' message, and have the hunting icon on my map to use whenever I want but that seems kind of pointless if I can't attach pictures.
