lag and jaggies issues?

i have my ps3 connected to my 28inch toshiba 32cv700A with hdmi and the other night it was fine but now there are jaggies on every street post back of cars or anything and when i drive through the city or at high speeds it goes choppy but it doesn't feel like it is but it sort of looks like its chopping but i can't tell if it is or its just the detail on the road. Any settings to reduce jaggies and choppines? i have full rgb on because i can set it on my tv and ps3. any fixes/help?
