Iroquois Posted September 21, 2013 Share Posted September 21, 2013 Today i drove the dinghy up the river to alamo sea to dive down to look for possible treasure however its very murky and dark. I think the sub has headlights on it. So i was wondering, is there any way to take the sub out of the water, transport with a vehicle such as a packer or sky crane, etc? Speaking from experience of an hour drive up that little river leading to the alamo sea, Not only did i get drydocked 100 times on the way up to the mouth of the little river that runs up but I eventually got stuck on the i believe 2nd or 3rd waterfall rapids kinda area.. I just turned the game off and went to sleep angry. If anyone has a solution to getting the sub up there i'd be eternally grateful. My amazing heli skills turned my cargobob into its own submarine shortly after picking up the sub... Edit: note to any future people who try to do it.. May be only for vehicles you could attach a winch to like if the vehicle had a steel bar supporting the weight evenly i guess. Lets wait for zakhuls response. The tow truck with the crane does indeed work on its own. Haven't seen the flat bed one or i'd test it for you. I also have another idea i'm about to go try down at the docks. One of them is at the helipads to the left when entering through the main entrance (over the bridge) past the large parking lot, but it takes off the second it loads in, so I haven't been able to catch it.
