Anyone else not get charged the money for buying the air hangers?

Bought the air hanger with both michael and franklin.got the confirmation emails altho the first one did take about 2 mins to appear.symbol an everything is there went in and got the msgs saying i can now store planes there.but i never got the 1.4 mill taken for each!im not complaining anyway but did this happen to anyone else?
