Of course it will come out for next gen, just as San Andreas did. My point is this though, if you're willing to wait an indeterminate amount of time for the game to come out on a console that as of yet isn't even for sale, I'd question your enthusiasm for the game. So maybe don't bother getting it at all. San Andreas? That is only emulated BUT to answer the OP's question, YES. It is stunning on consoles now (unless you happen to be purchasing it through the PS Store which I would advise against for the time being). With their reluctance to put some games on PC (RDR!) If you don't want spoilers (from forums, friends that play this, ...) then I'll recommend buying it for Xbox/Playstation. Since GTA Online (the started pack at least) starts out in V's LS, then it stands to reason that they'll probably go ahead and port the main game as well. Just buy it for current gen. Pretty much, there are other idiots on the forum who share your belief but erm, we tend to ignore them. If they weren't bringing it out for NG/PC, they'd have come out and said "It's never coming out for NG/PC" - so then twats like OP wouldn't be umming and arring about whether to wait for it or not and they'd just go out and buy it. They didn't announce it alongside current gen because they don't want twats like OP to say "I can wait a few months until it comes out for NG/PC and save some money". So the best thing Rockstar can do without lying and saying it's never coming out for NG/PC then actually releasing it for them, the best thing they can do is not mention anyting about it, and that's exactly what they have done. That way the only people you have left without GTA V are the really tight fisted f*cks who don't want to spend a few £ $, just in case it comes out on NG/PC in a few months or a year or watever. Skip the nexgen consoles, seriously. PC is cheaper, better graphics AND gameplay with more peds and cars = more mayhem, it has the biggest gap at new console launch now than it has ever had before, Steam is coming to the living room and those new consoles will be dead - not just outdated - within 6 months of launching because people are not that stupid anymore.
