I kill everyone and everything in this game, but I genuinely felt sorry for this guy! haha Anyway, I knew who the guy was that I had to kill straight away, when he said 'he looks Albanian (or whatever), I was pretty confident who it was, however I carried on the torture until I had full details. Does anyone know what would happen if you killed the correct guy straight away without doing barely any torture? Would it work, or is the torturing necessary to complete the mission? It also felt a little weird as my dad was watching me playing at that moment, and even though i'm 21 and have been playing GTA for ages, I sort of didn't want him to think it was too violent or extreme if you know what I mean.. LiGzz Posted September 20, 2013 Share Posted September 20, 2013 (edited) The Azerbaijani Character didn't appear on my screen until after the 3rd torture sequence, he said looks [something i undestood to mean Arabic\middle eastern] and I saw one dude with a tank top then after a couple more teeth pulling cutscenes a nigga with an extravagant outfit (Some sort of native garb) appeared sitting on the couch. Iunno, i've heard the torture part discussed alot, but it was sorta tame to me.. And I normally get queesy around torture scenes and immoral things in games.. *Shrugs*.. the wrench-ballsack-smashing was the only part that moved me a bit. The reason I felt uncomfortable was because I had connected with the character, felt he was genuine and didn't really want to torture him. However, a game is a game and its not real, just colours on a screen. Looking forward to my younger brother doing this mission tomorrow to see his reaction. I was saying they pushed the envelope on what you can comfortably show on a video game. He disagreed by stating that he's seen game that depict worse acts, but torture is just... Vanzant Posted September 21, 2013 Share Posted September 21, 2013 I love that mission. I even dragged it out by using one clamp at a time and slow pouring the liquid.
