Every time I try only one of them answers the phone I guess it must be possible because of the achievement that says you have to survive 3 minutes with all 3 characters together off mission Also whats up with character switching while hanging out? Calling a friend then picking him up will cause the other friend to be busy or not answer the phone. So, just call both friends and then go get them.
