GTAV360Philly
The Pros: Story, Missions, Cars, Customization in characters, cars, and guns, Graphics, the map, physics, audio, property buying, variety, strangers and freaks missions, the new wanted system, etc The cons: Radio Soundtrack, Can't buy food from burger shot or cluckin bell or even a food cart, Lack of hairstyles for Trevor, lack of beards for Michael, and you can't plan your own robberies anymore once the game is done but u can rob stores and gas stations and whatnot. I think the meat of the game will be gta online. Not that the single player is bad or anything. It's amazing, but while you play the single player, u can see the game paving the way for gta online missions and whatnot. GTA 5 is basically a next gen game on current gen systems. I think rockstar wanted gta 5 on next gen but wanted to have one last game on current gen just to show off. I also think rockstar's a next gen game should be Manhunt 3, Bully sequel, or a new IP. Zancudo
"I think rockstar wanted gta 5 on next gen but wanted to have one last game on current gen just to show off" Yes, because they're 12 years old and they want to show off. That makes sense.
Gnocchi Flip Flops
The big con I have is the lack of interiors. How stupid.
tryDMT
CONS: the physics in general were not as good a gta IV. car damage. there is no duck or prone, only the take cover option which is useless in the wilderness. the cops know immediately if you commit a silent crime on a mountain top. no bloody footprints. almost no interiors. flying seems to be really tilty, even when you have your level all the way up. customization is pretty limited. explosions don't damage the street anymore. terrible textures for grass and dirt. short storyline. C ___________________ its a good game but I don't see how it cost a quarter of a billion dollars and 5 years to make and still not be that much better. Car damage : Much improved, now wings come off cars, suspension breaks properly on kerbs, addition of Armour is nice No Prone: Would be much better if it was available Cops Know Immediately: Open your eyes, this is San Andreas. You're not alone anywhere, that's the point. And the cops don't know where you are... after 10 seconds they begin searching. Use your noddle. Bloody Footprints: The blood seems quite buggy as it is, I wonder if there's a RAM/persistence limitation? Interiors: I quite agree Flying: The planes fly beautifully, the helicopters tilt drunkenly whatever your skill level. Bug, I think. Customization Limited: Really? I must be taking the wrong cars Explosions: They destroy street furniture... what exactly do you mean? Organic Textures: This-gen. Organic is always hard. Short Storyline: Really? I was pretty impressed with it to be honest.

EzOne4Me
Pros: - All the details. - Cops AI is much better than the sh*tty one on IV. I ain't a noob like some of the people here, I know how to evade the cops. Lol. - Storyline is great so far, unlike the boring IV mission. - New handling is great once I have get use to it. - And many more. Cons: - Vehicle Damage - Missing vehicle problem? Not yet happen to me, but this is preventing from buying a car. Edited September 23, 2013 by EzOne4Me
ScottMU
Pros: Planes are back Weapon wheel Had a great protagonist in Michael Better assortment of weapons and cars Ammu-nation! Aiming system is better than ever Cons Driving/Car Damage/Physics seemed like a step back from IV Found car customization made little difference Weapon customization was lacking Certain features present in the game-play trailer were missing Found having 3 protagonists was a little pointless Story was very weak and too short to be dragged out as much as it was and was padded out with menial tasks such as stealing a car for a heist that were classed as 'missions' Seems like R* just wanted to ignore GTA IV as much as possible just as they did with the 3D era games when IV was released even though it brought them much success Map is huge but very empty in places The tasks available such as golf, tennis and yoga that replaced the darts, bowling, drinking etc. of IV are mundane and I have little interest, if I want golf (which I don't) I will play Tiger Woods or better yet, go out and play golf. Nearly impossible to make decent money and you rarely get paid for missions or even heists, especially compared to the price of the assets you can buy, $150,000,000 for the golf course....! Missions actually lacked variety in a lot of cases, was the same drive here and shoot these guys, with the exception of a few such as flying into another plane, those were actually exciting missions. Can't crouch unless in cover mode The wanted system is atrocious, police magically appear on top of mountains etc. and even if you lose them and are out of sight it takes forever to lose your wanted level, sometimes it takes longer to lose 1 star than it does to lose 3, the whole thing just seems random Aliasing is horrible Pop in textures everywhere, would be OK if it was a rare occurrence or background stuff but sometimes whole buildings appear randomly in front of me, also the opening sequence was horrible because of this. Uploading photos from the phone to social club/facebook hasn't worked once Diving/swimming is boring as are triathalons etc. Radio sucks alot Graphics actually look too smooth and rubbery to me Can't use weapons in strip club or safehouses etc. Overhyped and overrated Some of the textures are horrible, flat and blurry up-close, such as hedge textures, the bump maps are bad and it doesn't look like a specular map has been used at all. This is just my opinion of course, and looking at the list it comes across like I hate the game, I don't hate it, far from it. Also after studying games design at Uni I find myself seeing more imperfections than I used to and that other people probably don't notice. Mr.Nigs
Not a huge fan of the physics, especially using a shotgun. I loved in GTA 4 when you shot someone with a shotgun they actually flew back..... it felt proper. Now they go down the exact same whether it's a pistol, assault rifle, or shotgun, misses that umph. Also with the physics it looks like people just flop down. Again in GTA 4 I would have people falling off houses, sliding down the stairs and so fourth, that just doesn't seem to happen. I have been in some pretty bad head on accidents, and have NEVER gone through the front windshield, is this still possible?

KillaDanny
Pros: - Epic Storyline with interesting characters - Character/ Car Customization is back - 3 Protagonists (best feature they could have added) - Huge Map with a lot of variety - Bunch of side missions & side activities to do - Handling is much better in my opinion, not as realistic as IV but it's more fun so whatever (better than driving on butter streets)... - Planes are back - Bikes are back - Really good graphics and lightning (considering it's current-gen) - Beatiful City Cons: - Car Physics have been reduced, it's that they are not present but the cars just feel like they are made out of titanium - Kinda miss some interiors like clucking bell and burget shot - Story is short compared to other GTA's - Miss the blur effect that appeared when speeding a car like in IV - Should have more haircuts for each character - No Visual Customization for cars - No Real Estate to buy (They said you could in the trailer, really dissapointed me) - After the storyline it's hard to get money Besides these facts I absolutely love the game
