Do the things shown on the drawing ( i don't know all of it, but at least one of the buttom ones are something with a jetpack). 4.Complete the game. RESULT: a spaceship (or UFO as told on the drawing) leaves earth from the top of Mount Chiliad. Has anyone actually managed to work it out a 100%? Im still trying... I';m pretty sure that Area 51 in San Andreas is actually named Area 69 instead...as for whether it is in GTAV or not i'm not sure, but i've seen a lot of people mentioning top secret military base... I';m pretty sure that Area 51 in San Andreas is actually named Area 69 instead...as for whether it is in GTAV or not i'm not sure, but i've seen a lot of people mentioning top secret military base... I know it was area 69, but the only military base I've found is marked on the map, Fort Zancudo. Area 51/Area 69 would make no sense in this game, seeing as Area 51 is about 30 miles east of Las Vegas in Nevada. Any secret base on the map would more than likely be based on Edwards AFB which itself isn't far from LA. But I think Fort Zancudo would be based on Edwards AFB.
