Progress Blocking Bug

While attempting the first heist (the jewel stor job) the hacker's audio doesn't appear and it apears as if michael is talking to himself. When the cutscene where he pushes the cop down ends the bikes disapear and the mission immediatly fails saying "the bike was destroyed". I've tried deleting and re-instaliing the first disc (360), did not install the second disc, and reverting back to a previous save and all didn't resolve the issue. Any help?
