[XBOX SLIM 250GB] Blackscreening?

For some reason on the mission you shoot down a plane and play as Trevor, then chase it down on a dirt bike, my game black screens at the jump. I can still open up the dashboard and everything, my xbox isn't frozen its just the game. It then reloads as if i restarted the game and it tells me it froze due to a hard-drive problem and to re-install disc 1. Im reinstalling disc 1 as of right now, but I doubt this will fix anything... Has anyone had this happen to them while they have played?
