can't start next mission

I have done 28 missions so far, I am not sure what the next mission is called. So far Trevor has told Franklin to improve his shooting at the range. I have made sure Trevor, Michael and Franklin all have 100/100 shooting. However I just can't find how to get to the next mission. Can someone please help?
