Where to buy jewellery?

As the title says, where can you buy some bling bling for Franklin I've checked a few shops but could only find earrings.

I know Franklin can buy earrings at that Posh clothing store, Ponsonbys.

There is one store where you can buy watches I just forget which one but if you go to the long counter a thing should pop up asking if you want to buy a watch.

Are you sure you're not talking about buying watches while playing online?

 

I've bought every piece of clothing for each character (including the earrings Franklin can buy) and I don't recall there ever being an option to purchase watches outside of multiplayer.
