Bury The Hatchet

After finishing Surveying the Score I am now stuck and can not start this "Bury the Hatchet" mission. From the video I saw it shows that there should be a letter "M" in Michaels house and for me there is not. So I am stuck do side missions that are not as fun. Any help on how to start this mission? Do I need to wait for a phone call or something because I have put about five hours of gameplay and still nothing. Do I need to play a bunch of side missions or something? thanks!!
