Not enough songs on the radio

Anyone else find that they're aren't nearly enough radio songs?

 

The stations that seem to be on mostly is the default stations for Franklin and Trevor (hip hop one and Radio X)

 

I have already heard the same songs from both station many times. It's pretty annoying actually. Rockstar should update this by adding more songs.

 

I don't think the radio in GTA IV was as repetitive as this.

I'm curious as to if they'll release additional radio station songs and voice chats down the line.

I believe they could totally do this if they wanted. Especially for the chat stations.

Songs are very expensive and I don't think you'll get much more unless they decide to make some kind of a bigger DLC (which is doubtful).

I began counting the songs and stopped after 200. I guess 240 is correct.

 

What a disappointing soundtrack I guess.

There's a couple gems in the radio, but this is one of the worst GTA radios of all time. Either san andreas or vice city's radios were king.

Yea ive been listening to the punk channel and it seems like theres only 5 songs, Im sure theres more than that but it dosent seem it.

240 sounds plenty.

I guess some of the radio channels have most of the songs concentrated into them.

If there are very few songs in each channel, then I guess there are a lot of channels and various genres, which sounds good to me.

I sure hope you guys know this is the times we live in. if you don't like most of the songs, its not on rockstar.. this game actually has some of the most current songs. its a modern game with modern music. if you want music quality from san andreas or vice city, you have to get a time capsule. also why complain about music that is set on default on a certain characters car? you can always change it. you cant expect mommy to hold your hands through this.

Get over it, move on, play the game, and if you like the music good for you! Too bad you can't have your own custom radio station like on the PC version? This will be a must have for me when the PC version is out. I hate rap, hip hop, and pop. And from what I've heard for myself, and what others have said, the game's radio station is mostly filled with this kind of music.

 

When it comes to diversity, GTA IV and San Andreas has that down pat, but that's not say I don't like the other radio stations of the other games.

Yeah the music sucks major balls. It's mostly cRap or Hip Hop despite the whole game not centering around Blacks like it was in San Andreas.

 

Just use your own music.

How can there be an argument on this topic though? People either like the music or they don't. You're moaning at people for not liking the soundtrack when it's all just a matter of opinion. There is no right or wrong answer i've played the game a lot now and the music sucks for me. If you like it good for you don't try and force your opinion on others
