No Strangers an Freaks Missions?

I've only done 17.. there have been no more popping up. Has been a few days game time. anyone know how to get one? The last ones I did were;

Franklin - Finished the towtruck ones, an bought the business
Michael - Found all the pieces under water (not sure if thats one)
Trevor - Drove the van to his mother.

Some require certain activities to be done:

 

- Did you do the epsilon strangers and freaks storyline as michael? If not, go to epsilonprogram.com and do that test to start it.

- Did you finish the Dom (that parachute guy) storyline as Franklin? If not, do all parachute activities and the last one should unlock (hint: take a parachute with you for gold medal)

- Did you finish the omega/spaceship guy storyline as Franklin? If not, collect all spaceship parts and the last mission should unlock (I'd wait because you get a special surprise in the form of a vehicle, wait for R* to patch the vehicle saving or it will most likely disappear)

- Did you collect all 50 letter pieces? If not, do it and a new strangers and freaks mission should show up (for Franklin).

 

I still got to do the omega and the letter pieces ones, didn't figure out how to unlock "The Last One" strangers and freaks mission (probably unlocks once you finished all the other S&F storylines?).

I'm getting back into playing the story and, and there aren't any strangers and freaks missions at all. I'm early into the game, and I have only done two Strangers and Freaks missions for Michael and Franklin. I have done a few regular missions, but the Strangers and Freaks missions aren't showing up. How do I get them to activate? Thanks for the help.
