Saying there is more missions than there is? [Maybe minor spoilers]

Me and my friends are all having the same issue with Franklin. It says there is a mission for him to do (well mine currently says 2) but there is only one on the map. None of the other characters seem to have this which is annoying.

 

My wondering is if it has to do with that mission you go to where he tells you to find the spacecraft parts and it's just going to be there until you find all 50 parts?

 

Or is it something else/ anyone else getting this?

 

I like to complete all side quests before main story missions, so yeah, this is kinda bothering me lol
