NickStone Posted September 20, 2013 Share Posted September 20, 2013 From what I read, stocks on BAWSAQ are manipulated by the GTA Online community (actions within the online community dictate which stocks rise and fall), so I wouldn't expect it to be working until Oct 1st. And likewise, all of LCN's stocks are manipulated by your own actions in single-player mode, so for now everything you'll need will be on LCN. Curious to see though, what kinda companies they'll have listed on BAWSAQ. Would be neat if they were real-world companies, following real-world prices. (Bawsaq is powered by Social Club has nothing to do with the community)In some cases for the 360 you need an Xbox Live Gold i.e Bawsaq, Snapmatic. I'm guessing it gets its stock data from Rockstar's servers, and couldn't connect to it, as seems to always be the case when I try to take a phone picture. But that was before the large amount of traffic had begun playing. I honestly don't see this issue being resolved until next week. Just too much load on Rockstar's servers, much more than they anticipated. Really hope it gets fixed soon though.
