A collection unlock like that should be easy to recover... especially when you have to run around collecting 50 parts to unlock it. Check your garages also. Sometimes when you are in a garage, you'll see the tool-tip say something like 'hit d-pad right to select special cars', and then a list of available cars pops up. That's how you get the tanks and stuff you purchase, so the game might automatically add the buggy to that list when you unlock it. I went back awhile later and got it out and drove it around then left it out, thinking that it'll just go back to my garage. It didn't, my garage didn't have the Space Docker (It doesn't show up in special vehicles). I was like wtf and drove to the place that I got it at but you can't get into the little garage, so I started blowing people up out of anger. Slept by a few days in-game to see if maybe it would turn up somewhere but nope. Anyone else find out how to get it back? Because its looking like you can't which is stupid. I switched away from Franklin while he was driving it to do some other missions figuring it would show up in front of my house or in my garage, but no dice. I'm pretty much putting everything on hold for a bit to see if something gets figured out because I don't want to finish 100%ing knowing no solution to this would mean restarting the game. If it is needed for the mt chilliad "Easter egg" I will be pissed. Can go back a few saves but them Ill have to redo so damn much. So if it's gone it's gone forever? I think mine returned to my garage when I switched away, and glitched out. So it seems that when its gone, its gone - at least as far as ones that disappeared in a garage are concerned. And I had 3 slots, all of which I used after unlocking the space docker. There was probably 10 or so hours of gameplay between when I unlocked it, and when I went back to my safehouse to check on it. Without knowing there's a problem with cars saving in the garage (never encountered it with any other vehicle in the previous 50 or so hours of gameplay), there's nothing to indicate any need to keep a space docker specific save. Saving before driving it off-road would probably be a good idea, but realistically, its a modified dune buggy that floats when you go off jumps. It's not at all hard to understand why people wouldn't think to keep a space docker specific save when the car seems purpose built for crazy stuff, as opposed to super-careful "I can't flip this or I lose it forever" driving. It's a moot point anyway, considering carefully garaging it isn't safe either. I started a new game, and this time I'm collecting the parts dead last. It's the only way, at this point, to make sure you can use it for the 100% easter egg without making a save that could be pretty old by the time you need it.
