What your doing is good but do that also when driving through Cypress Flats and Chamberlain Hills.

 

Also, I was circling El Burro Heights (Where Lester's place is) and I found one just down the road before the freeway entrance.

 

I have noticed, once you find one, they spawn more often.

 

Also I have noticed, if you find a car Online, get in it, drive around, switch back to SP using Down on the D-Pad and they car should spawn in SP.

 

Or if you have downloaded the Business Pack DLC, you can just buy it at Southern San Andreas Super Autos website.

Lowrider style, because that's my favorite style. I think it's much better than al the black cars or the real bright colors

It spawned on Los Santos Customs near the airport. But i think it was just luck.

Haha, have you seen Smokey and the Bandit? I think I was cruising by when I took this, but I did happen to get this thing impounded about 3 times that night. One time was at the end of the heli pad jump (that's where you land). I ended up in the drink right after completing the jump! Fitting to jump this car though
