Didn't realise when I first picked him up until he started talking about "LC". As mentioned here, he does start discussing the events of GTA 4 at times. I hope he survives my playthrough. bitsandpieces Posted June 19, 2015 Share Posted June 19, 2015 For those of you starting over (like me) and for the newcomers to this game, you can unlock Packie early in the game, (I did it after 4 missions, 2 with Frankl & Lamar and 2 with Frankl & Michael (last being: "Father & Son).
