LotusRIP Posted September 18, 2013 Share Posted September 18, 2013 (edited) Hey guys, I'm not sure if it's just me, but for a while there I was having issues connecting my Facebook account. I just managed to successfully link my Facebook account in the game... now when I use the Snapmatic app to take a pic I get the following: ALERT Failed to save Snapmatic photo to Social Club. The Rockstar game services are unavailable right now. Please try again later. I also had issues where the "iFruit" iPad app was working, managed to train Chop to sit and change his collar, but nothing was syncing in the game. Soon after, I could no longer login to the "iFruit" iPad app. This morning however, it logged in successfully but I no longer have the Sit command... it's like it reset to factory defaults or something so I lost my progression on the app. It seems everything is pointing to issues with R* Social Club as a whole, but I've seen people posting their Snapmatic pics in other threads.... what the hell is happening here? Now it has unsynced my PSN and iFruit app. I think its an issue across the board. I emailed them yesterday and they came back asking all sorts of info. Anyway, Rockstar addressed this issue on the 19th. Seems lots of people are having these problems, but it's hit-and-miss. The problem is that my snapmatic can't connect to social club.. I open it, it loads then an error occured.. ALERT: Snapmatic can't connect to Rockstar Social Club. then the ''app'' shutsdown, she gets arrested and my mission is failed.. anyone got a tip or solution? I already gave permission to the app to use my location and push notification but now when I click on the facebook tab under the linked acounts section of social club it just goes to a blank screen. I had the problem too, not really found any solution by googling. Yet, I found one that works for me anyway. The problem came after I signed up for Social Club. What I did was go in and "unlink" the PSN profile (the only one I had linked since I dont ude FB and such) after that I could take pictures of celebs, and I guess I will be able to go hunting again too GL with it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
