Tyson111
Did the first heist last night and made 750k Invested 750k into the beans on the market that were 8$ Saved the game and went to my ps3 time and date moved the date forward 1 year on the ps3 and logged back into game. Stock market has changed and you should see your stock worth a lot more then the $8 you purchased for them I think in game time runs off your real time on your ps3 Can someone confirm this for me ? So I'm not losing my mind ?
K.Walters
Lol, I remember cheating like this on my PSP, so I guess it works for ps3 as well. Not sure about Xbox. Going to try this on my 360 when I get home. Would probably get patched soon.

DS 17
So every stock seems to raise anyway? I hoped for some random generators affecting the prices and market.

SINZAR
I can confirm this doesn't work for Xbox 360. Not connected to live, moved system time ahead 4 years and the stock prices barely moved at all (in fact the stock went down a small bit).

Someonelse812
Didn't work for me either. I reset the year on my ps3 to 2020 and lost $600 Maybe it only works with certain stocks?
Skellyhell
Bought a bunch of shares in the first bean stock, traveled foreward a year, shares were down, traveled forward another year and no change. not signed into psn, unplugged cable just to be sure
bboynasty
Think we can safely say this doesn't work so don't bother trying. I can see the game time has no relation to your consoles time.
beatthedevil56
He is basically hoping all of you invest into the stock, so his shares will rise. Then he will dump them. At a higher price, cause he is creating demand.

cody7799
He is basically hoping all of you invest into the stock, so his shares will rise. Then he will dump them. At a higher price, cause he is creating demand. A smart start to his trading. Except that's on LCN, isn't it? LCN is localized while BAWSAQ is networked, so there's no point to getting other players to drive it up. It won't affect your own share price. Zepren
What I did Stock wise was when playing missions that directly influence stock, purposefully failing them then investing all of each character's dough into the right stock. Go back, do the mission then bam, easy money. I should have invested more with Michael but buying massives of stock as him is time consuming. TimFL
Invest in Tinkle when you are early on in the game (it should be around $115 a share), it skyrockets to $500+ later on (got the insider info of a finance guy from LC, was a random encounter).
