Do you like the way motorbikes/dirtbikes handle in GTA V?

Do you like the motorbike handling?

It seems like the Sanchez and other motorbikes and dirt bikes (and even jet skis) turn "too sharply" making it awkward to maneuver.

 

Remember the first heist when Franklin is following the other two crew members under ground on the bike? The turning was just too forceful, too sharp, and very uncomfortable... What do you guys think?

 

 

Great game, still.

To start with I have only ridden twice so far but that said I have no issues with the turning though.

 

I am hoping that things like stoppies and mono's are controllable, have you tried these?
