inbedwitYOMAMA Posted September 18, 2013 Share Posted September 18, 2013 (edited) the quarry is actually called "Davis Quartz" if you look on the map that came with the game look on the bottom right side corner of sandy shore you should see a place called "Thomson Scarpyard" and Davis Quartz is right under it. LE: it looks as though he should be on top of mt chilliad, but I couldn't find him there. Is he the 3rd or 4th guy ? Was looking for the 4th guy forever and then decided to use a plane and look down. Much, much easier. 4th is on the very north side of the map near procopip beach, south of the freeway. He is on the edge of the mountain and parachutes of Yeah, he was pretty quick for me -- I failed the first time, cause he jumped off so fast that by the time I realized what he did, I couldn't catch him.
