Could my Xbox be banned from XBL?

Hey all! So I've been reading that, apparently, Microsoft could ban those who have played the game early by using the time that achievements were unlocked but there are several conflicting reports going around...now, I have not played the game early, but my Xbox lost its time setting (to 2005!) and I realised this when I first saved the game (after the first achievement was unlocked)...do you think I could be banned, or does this only apply to those who have leaked early pics/videos? Thanks :)
