Question about Elgato Game Capture HD/PS3

Hey so a while back I asked here how to capture gameplay video from PS3 and most people here recommended the Elgato Game Capture

 

Anyway when I record gameplay with it and upload to youtube they end up being 480p? How do I get the videos to record in 1080 (or even 720?) I played around with the settings but cant figure it out
