TimFL
I love that feature and they do use clothes you bought. Whenever I switch to Franklin he wears the new stuff (and Michael wears new stuff too). Trevor, on the other hand, is usually in underwear so no point in buying clothes for him. mdgrncw
xinferio
As the game went on, personally I would hate it if I change clothes as Franklin, then go Michael for a couple of in game days only to find out that Franklin is still wearing the same clothes. If they change during the same day all the time it would be a bit silly, but after a new day, I really don't mind.

A lot of people said that they only changed to one of the standard outifts.
LeoTarred
Yes, especially when Trevor was in a flowery dress. mdgrncw
jamieleng
No, it gives the illusion that they are living their life when you aren't controlling them. I'm not that much into dressing up my character, so this kind of does it for me.
TaazR
It is pretty annoying, I get Michael all slicked up with a sexy suit, and he shows up to the next heist wearing tennis clothes!
ChrisKO49
The part i hate is that when you switch to a character and want to change his clothes but you cant get into the house without triggering a mission. I had to do a complete mission with michael wearing a wifebeater and some stupit sweat pants before i could even change him out of that stupid sh*t. mikhailgundogan
This game is something else... Still trying to come to terms with how good it is! Anyways does anyone else find it slightly annoying when you dress your characters up a certain way then only to find out they have changed their clothes by themselves? I know it's realistic but I would like them to keep their same clothes on until I decide to change them. I don't want to have to keep dressing them up to the clothes I want on them haha! Anyone else feel this way? Yo I had that problem before . I bought the special edition I had that problem before after downloading my dlc's it stopped unless I turn off the console and start it over but after thattey never changed their clothes

Lord of the Flies
I hate that they change clothes. I almost always have to change each character into less retarded clothes before heading out for missions. mdgrncw

pentaxian
I like the changing except when Michael gets changed to that ugly ass brown jacket!!! There should still be a way so you can save outfits for sure tho instead of "rebuilding" them. i like this idea. i thought we could SAVE outfits when i first saw it in the menu. Racer__X
Hell yeah, having spent more then 30 000 dollar worth of sh*t, it's annoying to see this fool Franklin walking around in shorts and a tank top all the damn time. mdgrncw
GeneticallyDifferent
Yes it is sometimes annoying. But it was more annoying when I got in to the urban clothes store and I couldn't buy a motorcycle jacket with Michael, but when I was there with Trevor I had 10+ jackets to choose from. This limitations suck ass!f*ck realism,I want what I want ok?There are many such limitations I found out in V,that didn't exist in SA.I want complete freedom. They even don't allow you to use guns inside for god's sake! Haircuts/beards and tatoos just suck big time! There is like 3 haircuts for Michael you can choose and 2 or 3 beards, same for Trevor.Franklin's haircuts mostly suck.SA had a much much better selection! I still think it's the best GTA game so far,but god, they always have to mess something up.Why can't it all be perfect? They just had to upgrade the SA customization system and add more stuff not less. That would be great. This realism is forced on us,we cannot actually choose what we want, but what R* considers realistic.OK,rant over I feel better now. RichyB
It does seem a little pointless to allow us to dress our characters if the next time you switch to them they're wearing something completely different. Hey ho, Rockstar wouldn't be Rockstar if it didn't have seemingly pointless omissions from the game.
Degrees
i like it, cause i've always wanted to change my character's clothes a lot, but am usually too lazy to do it. the game is just doing a boring thing for me Yes this, I would have kept Trev pants and shirtless if he didn't chang himself. Besides Frank pics some cool clothes to wear.
mdgrncw
annoying in the sense that I bought them nice clothes at the posh place and Franklin will be driving around in a tank top and basketball shorts next time I find him. Wtf dude, and lets not talk about Trevor he shows up with clothes that aren't even his, I found him once in a dress. I'm a chick I like to have them all looking clean and ready for business. I didn't expect men to be as nit picky about their clothes as I am.
Racer__X
Like it would be fine if they wore something different, but let it AT LEAAAAST be something we bought, and not the same old raggedy clothes he had when he started

Senor Salami
Yeah. It is "slightly" annoying to see characters change into stuff I don't really like. The whole reason we buy clothes that suit them. It's not a big deal though. You can always just hit up a store or safe house and change.
JimmyDaMoney
the random outfits are AMAZING. anyone complaining about this is in the same boat as the whiners who cried about the driving in IV.
Retardation
Franklin always wears plaid suit pants with a gangsta hoodie. I wouldn't mind this feature so much if the characters had any f*cking fashion sense.
Chim20
I like the idea of saving outfits for the game to choose from rather than having it always pick the same default outfits. I wouldn't want to see the feature completely removed, but I also do not like it when Michael shows up to a heist in shorts and sandals haha. InfernoV
Yes, most annoying thing in the game. I had trevor in dirty clothes and a beard so I thought time to clean him up. Went to ponsonby and brought him a suit and clean shave with some cool sunglass looking like a badass, I was walking through through los santos like I owned it. So then I switch to michael and use him for 20 minutes, then I switch back to trevor AND HE WAKES ONTOP OF MOUNT CHILLIAD WEARING A WOMENS DRESS WTF!!!!! polycount
I would like the feature if it was optional. When I just want to fool around, switching chars from time to time, it would be nice. But when I want them to stay dressed for a specific occasion of my choosing, I'd rather the game didn't decide what my own characters wear.. For people who think this feature is "amazingly realisticcccc", all I have to say is I play games to have fun. I like realism as much as the next guy, but I don't play games to have control taken away from me, sorry. Make this feature an option, that's the only solution I see to please both parties.
