Ill try that. With dirt bike (bmx maybe too) you can jump when pressing R1/RB

You have to lean left analog forward the back you put your weight to the front the to the back to pick the front wheel up.

ill try that out tomorrow, hope it works.

Is there a way to jump? I've done wheelies, not for a long amount of time, but they can be done, I just can't figure out how to jump...

You sure that tip is in a early mission or just when u first get on the bike? If its a mission do you know the name of the mission and I will look in guide.

Since u cant try it now, I just did.

The L south thing did not work and just moved the camera angle.

The lean the body forward than back to start a wheelie is either a hit or miss thing or I am too new at it or just really hard. The couple of times I have got it to go into wheelie position doing this the bike front wheel goes up and then right back down to the ground and I am controlling the stick right.

I hope wheelie aren't this hard and I am just new at it.

And I am talking about BMX wheelies not motorcycles.

Wheelies on the BMX in GTA SA was fun! I want them in V!

EDIT: Ok I messed with the BMX again. I got on a straight road, got the bike up to speed without touching the right stick. Then while pumping the A button press forward and then backwards on the right stick. That will start the wheelie but you have to keep pressing the A button to keep the wheelie going. And sadly I cant seem to turn while doing a wheelie. I hope someway this is changed by some skill level because not being able to turn while doing a wheelie would be silly. :(

On the Xbox 360 the left stick allows you to turn left and right, and move your weight forward and backward, I assume that's the same for PS3. The right stick is the one you use to move your camera. Unless you have southpaw controls enabled?

Push left stick forward while mashing the A button, pull back and you should start a wheelie.

I say should because I've only done it once successfully and there aren't many bicycles around to keep testing it.

THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT

while pedaling move left analog foward then back. You need to be pedaling hard the whole time or will not work.

You bunny hop by holding R1 then releasing

You can bunny hop into wheelies on mountain bikes at least. Ive done it multiple times but haven't tried on bmx yet, I assume you can on those as well.

Bicycle Wheelie Toturial!!

BMX: first you need to jump while driving at a reasonable speed, the bmx will automatically lean slightly back, as soon as the bike lands pull back the left analog stick(PS3) and tap X, you're now wheeling.

Scorcher/Offroad bike: same thing with the BMX except while jumping pull back the analog stick as soon as it starts to go down, and tap x.

hope you could understand this! english is not my first language

I've been on the bikes you use for the traithlons but R1 never seems to work. Nothing happens. I tried pressing, tapping and holding it and I never bunny hop.

Doesnt work on the triathlon bikes. Instead they have a race mode activated by holding r1. Every other bike bunny hops.
