QuietSundayLibrary Posted September 17, 2013 Share Posted September 17, 2013 I spent nearly a half hour taking a cursory walk around Franklin's neighborhood so as to acclimate myself with the area. I snapped a few images along the way, and came precariously close to being accosted by some Ballas when I came a bit too close to Grove Street (referred to as something completely different in the game).
