Malndor Posted September 17, 2013 Share Posted September 17, 2013 (edited) Need some clarification on these things, R* stated that there would be. - Homeless, Mad Men, Serial killers in the forest. -The whole game teeming with x5 pedestrians. -Tow Truck that will tow away your car if you leave it parked illegally? -Insurance to keep your own vehicle and in-pounds. - Gang warfare, aka if you go into a certain place you would see gangs going at war, drive bys etc constantly. I got in a fist fight with a Vago, suddenly a car screeched round the corner and shot at both of us, killing him. Either that or it was more Vagos trying to kill me.
