Now it's on the Fritz again. I added all the unlocked updates to my car, painted it, and changed my plate through the app. When I placed my order it says everything was free, but it had trouble processing the order. After a few missions with Franklin there is an icon on the map that looks like a garage door.. Go to that building and either drive up to or walk ((RIGHT INFRONT OF)) the door.. It will ask you to press the Left D-pad (I play on 360) and enter.. Once you are inside and the quick tutorial plays, then it will give you the option to press Left on the pad for "Special" vehicles.. I over write my old one. The good thing was I had unlocked more upgrades which I got for free.
