Anyone else notice this?

Apologies in advance if this sounds confusing. There's a mission in either GTAIII or Vice City where you have to throw a grenade or cocktail (can't remember which) into a window where someone is watching tv. If you notice at the end of the mission where you drive the paparazzi around on the bike, the location at the end is nearly identical to that location. I wish I had pictures to show what I'm talking about. If anyone else can figure out what mission and game that was from, please post a pic.
