What's missing from IV?

So just curious what else people have noticed was in IV and not in V?

So far I just have (have only played for about 1.5 hours):

 

-Car engines only turn off (so you can't hear music from windows)

-No GPS audio

No parachute smoke! At least I haven't figured out how to activate it if it's in there. Can't remember if that was only in online on IV though

The first point about your engine turning off and not hearing the music from the window is not true atleast for the playstation version. Just get out of the car, walk a bit far and then come back to that car and you should be able to hear the radio playing through the window..

when you drive at high speed, there is no blur effect.. which is disappointing.

But, so you can still holy Y or triangle to turn off the engine and get out? (while being able to just tap triangle if you only wanna get out).

Well I remember in IV when you exited if you just tapped it once you would open the door and leave the engine running. If you held it, you would completely turn the car off. Now it just shuts the engine off and no music, maybe I should try your suggestion though..
