Sometimes down the street to the right of Franklin's house, several Grove Street members will hang out, one will be sitting on a BMX. There's a bike rentals place by the boardwalk, and there's even bikes in the sewer tunnels. You'd be surprised, I've went behind a house to find one sitting there. I didn't expect to see it.
