FredFive Posted September 18, 2013 Share Posted September 18, 2013 Roughly midway through the game youll be able to buy a business up north called Sonar Collections. This gives you access to a submarine, and youre automatically wearing a scuba tank whenever you bail out of it. Youll also unlock a Strangers and Freaks mission that gives you access to a Zodiak boat; just like the sub, youre scuba-equipped whenever you bail out of this one.
