Graphic issue with xbox 360

I'm having an issue with the graphics in gta V on my xbox 360 it seems that everything is really blurry and pixelated unless its literally 5 feet in front of my character. I have an HDMI cable plugged into my Sony lcd tv and its really starting to bug me I cant stand it. Is there any fix to this or what I really need it not to be this blurry its giving me a headache.
