The video of the aliens was a mission where u smoked some mad weed and tripped out. And its a side mission you have to do before you. The military base is real but I was attack as soon as I got there so I haven't taken control yet as the map says. Furthermore he says things that allude to him possibly being molested by a clown as a kid, which could explain his broken psyche. On top of that, the song that plays during this is a direct reference to Peewee's Big Adventure, as the song was originally made specifically for that movie, and plays when peewee has a dream that Clowns destroy his bicycle.
