It's obvious it's either rockstar or beta testers that put these out in the open. If it was actual players hacking game code then the health and weapons would have been the first to come out not "drunk mode". I guess the answer is never save with cheats enabled, but if I accidentally loaded a save game where cheats had been used, are my achievements STILL disabled? That could be dangerous. Hell, some of the cheats even reset when you get wasted or busted. There's nothing to worry about when it comes to using cheats and saving your game.
