Skyfall works, but it does NOT trigger the parachute. Unless you have to use the 'chute code AFTER this one.

 

EDIT:

 

A parachute CANNOT be used AT ALL with this cheat. If have a 'chute before the fall, it will disappear as soon the screen comes back (it blacks out while it spawns you in the sky), and it won't show up at all if you use the 'chute code WHILE you're falling. Perhaps this can be used in tandum with the Invincibility cheat once it's found so you don't die upon landing. Otherwise, I can't see much use for this cheat.

There were 11 entries for spawn cheats,and only a few have been found so far. It's still possible for it to be there.

Because the hydra has been removed from the game.

I hope not. It was always annoying when you want to use a cheat and got shot, the phone disappeared. If you needed health cheat you just had to find somewhere to hide for a few secs.

Cheats sound more like SA style. I really like them, but still hope there will be more than only these few.

Seriously, weapons and health are the only super relevant/necessary cheats and they are not available. Perhaps they don't exist. I would think that if they are not up by next Tuesday, then they are probably nowhere to be found.

I know right. I hate dumb cheats. Health and weapons should be the most important cheats. Serperatley of course. I just want health, I don't care so much about weapons.

Correct, you can steal basically the same jet from the military base with ease though. Follow this video, I managed it on my second try and now it's in my hangar. The jet has lock on missiles too which is pretty awesome.
