He went by to quick for me to get a screen shot. It was in the city I think under a bridge. Just off to the side of the road. It looked like a the horse was outside a horse trailer in a fenced in area. Not trolling. It was not great quality so maybe it was a cow or maybe it was something else, but I believe it was a horse.
