Ignore what the others say, the driving is basically IV but tightened up, I think it is perfect - Off Road vehicles feel like actual Off Road vehicles. Don't believe that "No Car Damage" Bullcrap. Not Sure how many houses are in the entire game, there are ALOT of buyable buildings. However some buildings (Weed Store) can only be bought by Franklin. Will there be a way to enter the military base without getting wanted? Can you meet other protagonists outside of missions, and can you let them drive a car while being a passenger? Car Damage is just a slight big tougher than in IV. Good to hear. The suspension was the only fault in IV's driving mechanics. Driving in IV was awesome, but the suspension was too soft. I'd say around 4, and yes, you can see them from a mile off due to the bright signs. Do the random calls get as annoying as they did in GTA 4? No where close, the Phone can be put on Sleep / "ZZZZZZ" Mode to ignore calls. (Discluding Mission Calls) Pet shop info. Got any at all? Have you been into any or found them yet???? Not yet, sorry. Thanks for answering Yes, you can. Planes do indeed arrive at the airport. Nope. Yes, you can meet others, and you can arrange an NPC Protag to drive you to a waypoint.
