CM_Kimmy Posted September 15, 2013 Share Posted September 15, 2013 Over the past 24 hours or so i have noticed more and more people are coming on this forum to express concerns for the game, which is fine in my book.... if they actually played the game. The majority of people who are sh*t posting saying "ahh world feels empty"... "no interiors" etc; are people who joined within the last month or a matter of days ago, and haven't even played the game. They're judging based off gameplay alone via a stream or video. I don't have the game yet, and i have watched streams and there is the little things which i don't like BUT! i will be playing the game for myself soon to see how it really feels. You can't judge a game just off watching a video. Rockstar have put so much effort into this game, and have practically put most of the things which the masses ON THIS FORUM wanted, such as - Mini Games - Countryside - Better AI - Robberies - Realism and i could go on and on and on. tl;dr - Just wait till you play the game Kirsty, Mister Pink, Schweppez and 3 others 6 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

With IV the driving was too realistic and the game to dreary and gritty.. Now it's too arcady and colorful for them. It makes perfect sense. But yeah the negativity is grating on me too, but I'm basically just killing time on here right now. There's nothing left to discuss really. I just KNEW they would remove the ability to whistle when they switched from horses to cars! I wanted to whistle for my sports car and have it run over people around a corner and come to my aid! The majority of GTA V seems incredible. It's obvious Rockstar North have taken so much time and care into their game and they've created a very deep and game-world, but the majority of criticism is about the physics and driving mechanics we've seen so far. It's a very realistic setting with realistic gameplay mechanics (shooting, running, stores, ect), but the core mechanic (driving) seems to not belong. People need to get a grip and realize that when GTA4 came out it was pushing consoles to the limit, and now look at GTA5. Its on the same console and pushing boundaries in every way. there is an massive amount of features. they may not be far in depth but they are there. I have no doubts for this game, if anything this is a wake up call for developers to push out better games instead of relying on the hardware. The biggest pet peeve to me is that only select people have the game and majority of them have not even finished the game. It seems like features unlock over progression.
