Amazon kind of F'ed up and loads of people are getting the game early. I'm in UK btw. fatgaz182 Posted September 15, 2013 Share Posted September 15, 2013 Royal Mail make no collections or deliveries on Sundays any more, but they do sort and transport mail already in the system. I would have thought with the size of Amazon and the deal with Royal Mail, Amazon would act as a sorting office already sorting the packages into postcode areas. So royal mail would pick up in bulk and deliver to the main sorting offices saturday night Ie I'm in Darwen, Lancs so hopefully saturday night/sunday morning would have been dropped at Preston (via rail) then moved early hours (6am?) to Darwen to be sorted into Streets ready for delivery via postie??? Unknown16 Posted September 15, 2013 Share Posted September 15, 2013 I think that the game is shipped to the nearest distributor nearest to you, where Royal Mail hold the package until the 16-17th then deliver it. Seems more likely than GAME holding it until the 16th then expecting everybody to get it on the 17th, a lot of people have a terrible RM service in their area, not to mention First-Class isn't supposed to be used for next-day delivery,.
