Pretty much, if they could of met in the middle, it would of been much better. It seems IV was one extreme and V is in the completely opposite direction. If you read the forum you'll see that quite a lot of people "give a sh*t" Personally I'm not bothered, but then again I've not played the game yet so I can't really voice an opinion.
