Dude, this is complete bullsh*t. Some kid basically spent the last 2 and half days promising me that there are in fact casinos in GTA V. He said that you could play slots, blackjack, and poker...

I have read the number 69 in many threads, but from what I counted in the guide, there are 82 Storyline Missions.

That would mean it's only a few missions less than IV and IV had a sh*tload anyway, i can see why some people find that it drags on a bit too long. But even if its 69, its more than RDR and that is what i was hoping for anyway. Add to this the stranger/freaks missions and you got so much stuff to do. So no joke? 99 random encounters? (and i assume strangers and freaks fall under random encounters?)

Look carefully, you will see that the number next to the first mission is 58, and you may also notice that the numbers skip. The numbers on the right are page numbers, not mission numbers.

Seems like a nice amount of activities. More than IV at least. I like the sound of the property management missions. I hope they are infinite. Also, the random events will help make the world feel alive.

 

I wonder how deep the bounty missions and arms dealing are. I hope they have a bit of depth to them.

probably only 14 of these 49 are events you can be involved in.

 

that would be pretty poor.

 

for example the random event where criminals rob a store when you tner it, you can shoot them and keep the money or bring it back.

thats maybe one that counts to that number in the 100%

 

then there could be something like a police chase with an NPC where you cant do anything.

 

 

Like I said, that would be very poor cause in RDR you were involved in EVERY random event

I see things like Hitch lift and stuff, so it seems hitchhikers are put under random events then. So it seems that for this guide, strangers & freaks, hitchhikers are all put under random events. The amount is correct on that picture i posted then.

 

I'm not even gonna worry about this, hell...i have seen way too much of this game by now...i hadnt even seen a guide before RDR came out and it was all a surprise. Good that tomorrow night it finally is gonna happen.

Interesting!! I think one thing looks to be sure, we'll be interrupted in our play plenty of times by the looks of it and get surprised by some cool events. Man i really liked them in IV and loved them in RDR. Not gonna take a look at the guide pictures again;..i want it all to be a surprise. Dont wanna know names of characters, not knowing and being surprised and amazed is all part of the experience.

It's already very obvious and a fact that strategy guides DO NOT HOLD ALL SECRETS! When this game comes out a lot of you are going to be quite surprised and regret the b*tching you did for no reason.
